Virtual Senior Yoga
Tuesday & Thursdays, 7 AM - 8 AM, PST
Location: Zoom
Join us from the comfort of your home every Tuesday and Thursday for our Virtual Senior Yoga class. This active yet accessible practice enhances flexibility, balance, and strength while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Each session includes modified poses, breathing techniques, and guided meditation, making it ideal for seniors of all experience levels.
